Position Overview

Grenova is seeking talented sales representatives across the USA to introduce the patented Grenova pipet tip washing technology into the prospective region. This position is responsible for managing existing accounts as well as cultivating new sales opportunities across the territory.  Close teamwork with R&D and Manufacturing Engineering for customized solutions is pertinent to the overall success of the company as well. 


  • Knowledge of the life sciences, clinical, diagnostics, and process automation industries.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to complete tasks from the road.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or a comparable degree.
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in a related field
  • Territory and account management experience.
  • Experience selling into the life sciences, clinical diagnostic and laboratory automation industries.
  • Experience selling capital equipment to the laboratories
  • Proven self-starter with an ability to find and build new business relationships.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in the biotechnology or life sciences laboratory
  • Knowledge of lab automation and capital equipment sales and purchase.
  • Minimum 5 years in sales in US


  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Develop and understand technical knowledge of products and applications, providing first level of support, if needed.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare and provide monthly and quarterly report sales forecast to the sales management team.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Attending Exhibitions/Conferences and represent Grenova and company products
  • Assist with the marketing needs and strategy planning if needed.

If you are a highly motivated professional who welcomes new challenges, Grenova Inc. is looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler.  Join us and develop professional skills working with a multi-disciplinary manufacturing team. Under limited supervision, performs a wide variety of moderately difficult electronic and electro-mechanical subassemblies and assembly operations of a skilled nature to build up and assemble simple units such as power supplies, modules, chassis drawers, cable harnesses, PC boards, electronic systems and subassemblies. Determines methods and sequence of assembly operations where complete information is not readily available or follows assembly shop and production operation sheets, wire lists, samples, drawings, schematic and verbal instructions to perform a wide variety of assembly operations such as wiring, component installation and hand soldering, utilizing small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers. Identifies and selects components to be integrated into subassembly and assembly units.


  • 2+ years of Electro-Mechanical Assembly experience (large and small components)
  • Strong Mechanical background
  • Documentation and data entry skilled required
  • HS Diploma
  • Requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education, or training. 

Preferred Experience:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as an assembler
  • 4+ years of work experience as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler
  • Recent Medical device assembly experience


  • Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment.
  • Fits, aligns, calibrates, and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements; repairing units or products that have failed to meet requirements.
  • The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making.
  • Must have good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures, and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts & principles upon which the job is based.
  • Work within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines.
  • Maintain a clean working area and ensure all equipment remains in optimal condition
  • Always operate as a team player and assist in all aspects of the company
